Guarantee
Aegis Aqua is responsible for the shipping of goods to your doorstep. Upon receipt, please make sure the package is in good order.
All orders will be shipped with insurance.
All orders above €50.00 are eligible for free shipping within the EU.
Shipping
The buyer has the right to return purchased products at a full refund within 30 days after purchase.
The following conditions apply:
The buyer is responsible for the acceptance of the delivery; if a received package is damaged, the package should not be accepted. Acceptance implies the package(s) were delivered in good order.
The returned goods must be complete (including accessories, instructions, etc.)
The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Damaged goods cannot be returned. If the goods are damaged upon arrival, please report this as soon as possible by sending a message to service@aegisaqua.com. Please include all relevant details.
The transport costs associated with returning the goods must be paid by the customer, we recommend insuring the returned goods for an amount corresponding to the purchase price.
Returned items which are not in a new or unused condition will not be credited to your account or refunded. This does not affect your right to return faulty items text here...
